Standards & Governance

Not Everyone Gets In.

Blitz Academy is governance-first. Standards are entry conditions, not aspirations. Vetting is real. Enforcement is real.

Standards

Five standards. All enforced. All real.

01
Vetting Process

Every applicant team is reviewed against the Blitz Academy bar — competitive history, coaching standards, infrastructure stability, and organizational alignment. Applications are not approved by default.

02
Coaching Certifications

Head coaches are credentialed and verified before the season opens. Credentials are not optional and are not grandfathered.

03
Background Checks

Background checks are required for every staff member with athlete contact. Non-negotiable.

04
Competitive Enforcement

Roster integrity, age verification, and competitive conduct are actively enforced. Violations carry standing consequences — not slap-on-the-wrist warnings.

05
Code of Conduct

A unified code of conduct governs sideline behavior, coach-to-official conduct, and program-to-program interaction. The bar is high. It is enforced.

Philosophy

Standards Are What Make the Tier Mean Something.

A national tier only matters if the floor is enforced. Letting weak programs in breaks the value of the strong ones. Letting violations slide breaks the value of the rules.

Blitz Academy is built around that principle. The standards are the product.

Not everyone gets in. That is the point.

If your program meets the bar, apply.

If it doesn’t, build until it does.
